Day 6 of 30 (or 1/5 of the way there!)

Well here's day 6! So far healthy eating has been good. I have yet to encounter a set back. Which is good. Day 4 was a rest day (yay!) and Day 5 I followed the plan and did 20 minutes on the ARC Trainer at the gym. My hope was to get in a full hour of cardio, but my friend and gym buddy has another ovarian cyst and though she didn't mention it til we were at the gym already, I didn't want her to hurt herself. So she did an easy ride on the recumbent cycle and some leg extensions while I gave 'er on the ARC.

I work tonight so I've already done today's challenges.

35 sit ups
15 crunches
15 leg raises
25 second plank
75 (!!) squats

My bum hurts! Haha! Anyways, with the healthy eating and regular exercise, along with it being the last day of Shark Week, I'm really feeling like myself again. It's good !

    I am on day 5. Health stops me from going to the gym, wish I could. Good luck. Looks like your doing great
