I am currently on day 2 of getting back on track. I did really good yesterday and am doing good so far today.
I am debating if I should get back to working out or if I should wait a week or 2 to get back on track. Ugh, decisions.. decisions!
It feels good to be getting back on track as it seems a lot of things in life are completely out of my control and I can't fix them even though I've tried. So, I can control this and I plan on doing so!
