Well the morning flew by and now finishing up kitchen floor. I didn't get to run yesterday no time. Company coming overnight so stressed to such a high level so not sure how I will cope.
breakfast
raisin bran cereal

lunch
salad
cucumbes
tomatoes
a small part of a snack bar using that for whole day
it will give me calories

supper
chicken
tortilla spinach one
salad maybe
chocolate pudding

strawberrie, blueberrie smoothie
skinny cow bar
I so struggle with my menus hate what I eat
Have to wait until Sept first to buy groceries so using what's on hand

Need a prayer or two for tomorrow can't believe I am this stressed.

    Hang in there! You will get thru this. When I am short handed on groceries, I go to allrecipes.com and look up recipes by ingredients. You can narrow it down by healthy recipes too. Hope this helps.

    Using what's on hand is what I've been doing. Not good. Relax. drink some water.
