Well the morning flew by and now finishing up kitchen floor. I didn't get to run yesterday no time. Company coming overnight so stressed to such a high level so not sure how I will cope.
raisin bran cereal
a small part of a snack bar using that for whole day
it will give me calories
tortilla spinach one
strawberrie, blueberrie smoothie
skinny cow bar
I so struggle with my menus hate what I eat
Have to wait until Sept first to buy groceries so using what's on hand
Need a prayer or two for tomorrow can't believe I am this stressed.
