Day 30

Well, guess this is the last day of the 30 day challenge (which means I need to come up with more creative blog post titles!). Not exactly where I'd hoped to be, but I'm still trucking along. This weekend with the wedding and being out of town was not particularly great food-wise. I did, however, get a ton of exercise walking all over Chicago, dancing, and a little bit of hiking. I did not weigh in today as I've been experiencing travel tummy the past few days. Back to tracking everything today and planning to give myself a few days of readjusting before hopping on the scale.

On the to do list: meal plan for the week, grocery shopping, deep cleaning, LAUNDRY. There will probably be no exercise today outside of the cleaning, but some of the cleaning will require moving boxes, etc (hubby brought home boxes of books when he cleaned out an office recently, I am so tired of them taking up liveable space! Back to some normal cardio tomorrow. Hoping to see at least a pound drop this week (at official weigh in on SaturdayŚwell Friday, as I'll be out of town again on Sat).

    My spark goal is 2 pounds a week.
There was at least one day of emotional eating on the trip, so not sure I balanced, but I probably did not mess up enough to really gain (other than temporary bloat, etc).

I will be out of town again this weekend for church retreat, but luckily it provided lots of opportunity for being active AND meal times tend to include a lot of produce, so I'm not too worried about doing well. I'll try to bring some healthy snacks so that I'm not derailed when folks are playing games and snacking.

    I bet you evened things out with all the exercise you did while you were away! Maybe you even tipped the scale in the right direction!

Heavy cleaning can be hard work and it actually does count as exercise on sparkpeople (FYI). I bet you drop at least a pound! What is your sparkpeople pound per week goal? I think mine is a pound because it is set to the 8-week challenge deadline lol.
