I set easy goals for me this challenge:
Try to lose 10 of my final 20 pounds - only lost 4 lbs; but better than gaining!
I wanted to start running again twice a week and start spinning again once a week
thanks to my BFF and son, I am making my running goal (averaging at least 6 miles weekly) have only gotten on the spinning twice this challenge.
Start doing ST again at least 3 days a week again -- WOW, I am off the mark on this one, still lucky to get one day of ST done. It definitely helps when I do my Jillian 30 day shred video. I have to get better about doing this at least 2 days/week
