I'm going to do some walking or biking today.
Was tempted to go into a "should" speech about my too-sedentary ways, but I don't feel like beating myself up over what I cannot change (past days of no exercise), and don't think shaming myself ever really helps with any of this fitness stuff.
The point is to be healthy and happy, not ever-dissatisfied.
Onward, forward, and all positive approaches!
In good news, my vacation weight-explosion has mostly subsided.
And I'm going for a walk or bike ride today.
