shark week - yep. sharks at work, sharks in the anxiety pool, well and some of you know what I mean otherwise :)
I got my walk in. I did not put on my shoes all day - and that made it harder to want to get out and walk. Moral of the story, put on your walking shoes first thing in the morning - when you work at home, it's just too easy to procrastinate all day long!
still I got it done - it was not easy, cramps were severe through that walk - but I am glad I did it and now can go to bed with an easy mind :)
