Dealing with Clutter!

Have to say I'm not as much as a clutter hog as I used to be, had to work very hard to improve myself.

I realized recently after posting my blog entry I wasn't happy with my untidy room when I looked around. While I was tidying I realized it had been a while since I had done a thorough sorting/clearing. I used to do it every 2 months.

I've still got a bit to go though but I'm very happy with the progress I made so far.

I realize that I have to approach my weight loss the same way. Have sit and 'sort' through everything I'm doing, including reviewing my logs. Reviewing my progress (or lack thereof at times) will make a difference. It helps to see where I was, what I've learned and what I can 'keep' and what needs to 'go'.

And... it inspires me to do a little more decluttering this week; it's so.... HEALTHY feeling to know that all the unnecessary is gone, all the necessary is where it should be!!

    I have been doing a lot of decluttering also recently. Biggest heachache to be done is the garage
