Organization and planning were important to my weight loss. I would plan my workouts and have healthy food available in my home and plan healthy meals for my family. I was doing at least 3 to 4 days of strength training along with cardio which I haven't been able to do right now. Unfortunately, my life is difficult to organize and plan right now as my free time is not my own as my parent's are both ill and need my help on my days' off. My current goal is to get back to organizing and planning, so I can fit everything into my life to reach my goal weight.

    It is so easy to say that you need to take care of yourself or you won't be able to take care of them, but then one remember that there are only 24 hours in a day. I hope life calms down for you soon.
