Apparently I have a trigger food for sweets and junk food. It is a cake pop! I had one and then went on a downward spiral.
I'm over calories today, even with the earned exercise calories. The good news is, I did log the ugly, ugly truth. I almost talked myself into just letting go today, but I have a commitment to this challenge!

Ways I waste time and alternates for them.
1) Watching TV - I can read a book or cross stitch (which will keep my hands busy and give me a final product).
2) Computer - I spend a lot of time on the computer now. I need to do my planning/SP time and get the heck off. Instead I can focus on an area of the house that needs some love.
