Day Two of the new deal.

Third walk in a row. Day two of food journalling. Got out in the sun and wind for a quick walk this morning....feeling dopey that I've put it off for so long. Excuse being that I had access to a car suddenly.....and it takes so little time out of my day to walk for 40 minutes. Starting out slow but steady.

Feeling a little funky and off-color. Rather concerned til I realised it's a normal "switch from carb source for energy" reaction. I've been eating too much wheat again, up til yesterday. I'll just have some rice with dinner and it'll fix the problem.

    Hey lady~ *hugs* Good job on getting back in the saddle. While I've not completely eliminated wheat from my diet, I've found that when I leave it off I perform so much better. Keep up the great work, sunshine! emoticon BB~ emoticon emoticon emoticon
