Im starting my blog so I can see how far Ive come in the exercise area, which has always been a stumbling block for me. Yesterday I got on the elliptical trainer and could only do 5 mins due to being short of breath and having wobbly legs. Today I stayed on 10 mins and I still was short of breath but my legs weren't as wobbly when I got off. So I am excited. Tomorrow I am going to go to the pool to do water walking which I can do for an hour.
