SIX days???

i have SIX days off from work! emoticon i am so excited! emoticon

don't get me wrong, i have a lot to do, and am gonna be very busy, but i am so looking forward to some time away from work! if i had wings, i would fly! emoticon

the reason i am writing this blog, is so i can put down what i want to accomplish, and feel more accountable, since it will be out there for all to see. emoticon

1. i want to exercise (work out of some sort, dvds, ect.) everyday. emoticon

2. step at least 10,000 everyday, gotta stay in competition with all my fitbit friends! emoticon

3. try to get at least 6 hours a night of sleep, i know i don't have control of this, but i am gonna do my best to make it to bed, in a timely manner, relaxing music emoticon , ect. emoticon

4. study the Bible everyday emoticon

5. quality time with daughter and son, emoticon (my kids are teens, but couldn't find an icon of teens, and heck, they will ALWAYS be my babies! ) and hubby emoticon

6. continue to stay in my calorie (and other) ranges, on the low end.

7. limit time on the computer emoticon , more walking! emoticon

AND try not to stress about my weigh-in on the scale tomorrow emoticon , i have a number in mind, and i know that i will get all frustrated and down, if i don't hit it. emoticon

    go girl get can do it. enjoy your time off. its always nice to get a break from work. I will be having a fews days off myself at the end of the month can't wait!

No alarm going off for 6 days!! emoticon

And don't worry about the scale too much. You have to remember especially at first when you start exercising or increase your exercises that we a lot of muscle. So, keep that in mind when you get on the scale.

If you can't go anywhere, go driving distance and do fun stuff that you normally wouldn't because you had to work. Try different parks and walk there. Take camera with you and pics of different sidewalks, flowers, trees, etc. That would make a nice blog. Visit friends/family. Watch a movie. Go shopping and do lots of walks. No not the ones you always go to. Somewhere...anywhere. Relax and enjoy your days off.
