I met my weight loss goal early! I had planned to get down to 176 by Aug 22, and now here I am at 175! WOO HOO!
And, well, I know I said that I wasn't going to focus on the numbers, but on how I feel, how much energy I have, etc, but.....it still feels pretty gratifying to know that I was able to stick with my plan AND lose 6.6 lbs!
