Today was another picture perfect day outside. I got up in the morning and got all my studying done, and then did some grocery shopping. I was out of Milk, butter, and half and half all the essentials. Got all my goals done yestarday, and now have a very neat bedroom. I have to start cleaning out storage areas now. I'm on a list for apartments in Senior housing, and they have elevators. They are cute little efficiencies.
I stayed under my calorie range yestarday.
My goals for tomorrow are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
45 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people logging my food and exercise.
