This is the end of the first week in my carb cycling adventure. Itís been a pretty good week.
The high point of my carb range is 198. On the low carb days I try to stay around or under 70.

The things that I like about carb cycling are:
Iím eating healthy, non-processed food about 90% of the time.
Iíve found some new foods/recipes to try that I like and will continue to eat.
I like the prompting from the Vemma Bod-e app that reminds me when to eat (like I could forget) and give me meals and recipes at my fingertips. Also like the Tip of the Day video from Chris and his wife.
I like the results I am seeing. Iíve lost 2lbs and seem to have lost some of the jiggle in my stomach. Could be wishful thinking but time will tell. I want to take some photos tonight so Iíll have the proof!
The things that I donít like about carb cycling are:
On the low carb days, I get tired in the afternoon. I find that Iím drinking more tea to keep going.
Since I am eating 5-6 meals a day, there is a lot of prep and packing of food to take to work. Iím hoping that this gets easier as I find tune my menu.
