I've found chair Tai Chi and Chair Yoga !

What a wonderful addition these things are to my life. Finally I can exercise again ! My Spinal Stenosis and arthritis in my knees were keeping me from being able to move around and I was seriously in need of some movement. My ex-daughter-in-law ( whom I still cherish ) told me that there was Chair Yoga so I looked around and found that and Chair Tai Chi so now I exercise nearly every day. It is really improving my weight loss and my blood pressure and my well being. I feel much better and am able to move around better even though I still have pain and limitations. I am getting closer to my goal weight that will allow me to get the surgeries I need for my spine and knees.
I never thought that chair exercises would be this helpful. I'm so glad I tried this in spite of my scepticism .
