Honor your Body
Monday, August 19, 2013
So last night I dreamt that I was going, going, going. All night, I was going. WOW-I woke up, not feeling tired, but I should have been exhausted. I was listening to Charles Stanley on the radio this morning. He was talking about honoring your body. rest, what you eat, exercising, just how you should treat your body. It was an extremely great message. Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. I was thinking of what I ate yesterday and how it was not as honoring as it should have been. So remember, the way you treat your body and what you put into it is the way you will feel.
So I got to work, it was the official first day of school. WOW! There was so much movement today. I think I walked at least a mile today. The anxiety I had today was a good anxiety, so much work the day flew by. I am happy to have had a busy day.
I was not able to get on SparkPeople today. So, I came home after work to rest-My foot is still hurting. I have to keep on these doctors to get me my results. I am planning to change doctors again.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
New King James Version (NKJV)
19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body[c] and in your spirit, which are God’s.
