"Think yourself healthier" challenge.

I am doing the 30-Somethings with 100 pounds to lose Healthy Living Challenge and one of the challenges is a mental challenge. For this week make or re-evaluate your goals for yourself. This may include your ultimate goal, a goal for this challenge, and do not have to be solely weight related. Remember to make them SMART goals so that they are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely.
My goals for this week are to drink minimum of 64 oz. of water a day
Get to the gym at least 3 times this week.
