I am going to post a few of the questions from the book SHADE OF HOPE ...for anyone who was wondering...
How has your loss of control over food affected your emotional life or feelings..Give specific examples..(not here but to yourself)

How have your attempts to control food affected your family or social life...Describe how these behaviors have affected specific members of your family and friends....

some questions that really make you think....

this statement also spoke volumes to me....Our food is cheap, easy to procure and we can get it however and whenever we want.....Folks who over eat or under eat use food to manage their feelings....
They alternately submit to food, whether through bingeing or starving ...and then beat themselves up for the behavior....We call this process food addiction...not her exact words but close so you can get the idea....you don't have to be over weight to be addicted too food.....

think about what your relationship with food is....do you even know....might think about it and see ..
