Why have I stopped tracking??

I started tracking my stuff again and I'm finding that it keeps me more aware of how much I am putting into my body. When I am tracking, it guilts me (in a good way) to not reach for something that I shouldn't have and it motivates me to get up and move. I've really been bad at tracking and it is showing. So I plan to make sure, no matter what, that I am at least tracking my food on a daily basis and this will help me stay active.

    Tracking is a necessary evil. We have to hold ourselves accountable - and that is what tracking does for me. Sometimes I have the urge to not track, but I realize that tracking is what is best for me.

    My mind set when I'm tracking and I want to eat something bad is "I don't want to have to figure out HOW to track that because it would be a pain!" and a lot of times that alone is reason for me not to eat it.
