I started tracking my stuff again and I'm finding that it keeps me more aware of how much I am putting into my body. When I am tracking, it guilts me (in a good way) to not reach for something that I shouldn't have and it motivates me to get up and move. I've really been bad at tracking and it is showing. So I plan to make sure, no matter what, that I am at least tracking my food on a daily basis and this will help me stay active.
