I started this month by focusing on restarting Sparkpeople and taking better care of myself. I've been more cognizant of what I'm eating and how much I'm moving, but I'm still stagnating. I've barely exercised this whole month. I'm also getting derailed too frequently.
I've been reading "The Spark" and I just had an aha moment. I finally understand the Sparkpeople program. I need to focus and trust the program. I've been thinking about what my fast break goals should be and I'm having trouble narrowing it down to 3. I thought for a moment that I would just have 4, but I need to relax, trust the program, and avoid over-committing.
I'm still playing around with what I want my fastbreak goals to be, but I want to post them officially tomorrow.
