This is so true!
Last week was a disaster. It was so stressful. When i am stressed my son is a mess and sleep goes out the window. I have to be so careful.
My eating was not great. I did still eat lots of really healthy foods so that was a win. I didnt gain anything either just been sitting here the same weight last two weeks. That is ok though! Because this is not a plan to lose weight in a certain amount of weeks. This is my forever living plan. Not every day is going to be perfect and this is honestly how I use to do it lol....
On Friday it was our 10 year together and 3 years married anniversary. My son was having a really unregulated week so we planned a quiet night at home. And my husband gave me sunday off to prep and cook food for the week and relax it was what i needed. Little things that count.
Goals for the week.
No eating after 7.
Pass drivers test
Long stroller walks with my boy as many times as i can get in.
Just keeping it simple trying my best and forgiving and moving on when i fall back a bit. Hope everyone has a great week!
