-I did NOT make healthy choices and didn't track my food the whole weekend
-I didn't take the dog for the 2 mile walk
-I didn't do any workout videos AT ALL
-passed the drinking and smoking limit that i set for myself
-never finished putting drywall up in bedroom
The only thing i did get done was school clothes shopping for my girls. I actually found some really good deals and got it all done within a couple of hours.
We went to the Iowa State Fair on Sunday....and even though we walked a lot....i ate....A LOT! We all took bites of each other's food and shared some of it, but i def went over my limit X3!
-porkchop on a stick
-fried bread taco
-fried cheese curds
-large root beer
-large bag of jr cinnamon sugar doughnuts
-small cherry lime slushy
-we got the kids ice cream before we left, but i decided i didn't need any
Well it's a new day and a new week, good luck everyone and keep pushing
