monday aug 19 I have a plan

breakfast
bowl of strawberries
smoothie with bananas strawberries
blueberries yogurt and skim milk

lunch half of spinach tortilla
hamburger
lettuce

supper
half of tortilla
hamburger
lettuce
cucumbers

snack half cup chocolate pudding
almost 900 calories so better but not quite 1100
maybe add tomatoes
orange

Last night first night of no snacking after I get in bed. difficult so difficult

want to jog this afternoon 45 min
