The one habit I can never seem to break is the emotional eating one!
This weekend was soo bad for it too! My family came to visit and of course my brother and sister in law love junk food, so there was chips and pop galore at my house. At first I was able to resist the urge to taste and then well that was thrown out the window when we decided to watch a few movies. I tried to keep things like breakfast and lunch really healthy, lots of fresh fruit and veggies, salads and lean protein, but supper always turned into something quick and easy, like bbq burgers and hot dogs.
They all left Saturday morning and I was a bit relieved because I could eat normally, but that didnt happen. Dollface( the bf) and I decided we just wanted to have a relaxing weekend , so we read and watched movies, I got a good deal of cross stitching done, but my apetite never seemed to be satisfied. i was snacking all weekend, and of course we had leftovers that we didnt want to go to waste..
Overall I ate to much junk and not enough good stuff. So today I am picking back up my normal healthy routine, and not straying from it.
I need to learn to stay healthy even when my family is around, if they dont like it then they can cook for themselves
