It amazes me that it's already the middle of August. What have I done with the year? I will sit and make a list, but not this morning or afternoon. I've got the day planned out and I'm anxious to see how much I really do accomplish from my to do list. I've done a bit already and am hoping my energy lasts all day.

    I know, right? It seems the year is just flying by. I need to get my own butt in gear.

    emoticon I find lists to be a great basic guideline... I choose 1 thing on my list as a must... the others are if I cans... and once I did this... I always went to bed feeling accomplished...

    I have my menu planned. company coming on wed and spending the night so my anxiety at an all time high.

    Movement Monday, Always moving! Keep going and as long a s you fuel your body to keep up with the movement, the energy should last all day!
