The Implications of Football Season...

I am not a Football fan. So, this is the perfect time of year for me to pick up my Bikram practice. I fell out of practice at the beginning of 2013 because I began to prepare for starting school again (and I had kinda burnt myself out over the holidays).

So, this week I begin Bikram Yoga again. I'm unable, however, to do it daily due to working and going to school full time. So I will be practicing 2-3 times per week.

Here's my oldest daughter... she's my lil' yoga buddy!

    So fun to have a little yoga buddy! My 3-year-old loves to do yoga with me too, and it definitely keeps things interesting!

I found a lunchtime yoga class near my office and I've been attending 2x per week lately. It's doing amazing things for my flexibility and coordination, and my arms are looking pretty spiffy!

Love it!!

    Sweet! I tried it a few times, and the heat really terrorizes me. But it's definitely amazing. I do yoga daily though, and it's my shrink / workout!
