I'm not giving up. No where near that. I found my motivation. It was hiding under the bed
Anyhow, on Saturday I had an awesome run. The best I've had in a very VERY long time. Yesterday when I went out, I was simply too drained to push again. No big deal. I stopped running and walked instead.
This morning I've still got some body aches. Today is a long day at work - I have to leave home at 8am, and won't be back until about 9pm. No overtime. Oh well. My last visit tonight is taking my girl to a yoga class. We've never been to yoga before, so I know I'm looking forward to it.
With these body aches this morning, I've decided not to push a run this morning. I rested. I'll be getting in just over an hour of yoga tonight anyhow. So any fitness I can pick up during the day is a bonus.
So today is a day off for me. A day off with a yoga class tonight. I'll let y'all know how it goes.
Today is a day to focus more on my nutrition. Since I'll be on the road all day, I need to get it together this morning and take it with me. Or at least have a solid plan in place to get it done right.
