Gettin my walk on!

My new exercise is walking. It is the best thing for my back and just getting me out and about. My husband is doing really well with getting healthier and I can now join him! We woke up at 6:15 today and went for a 4 mile walk! I wasn't expecting that long of a walk and my back was aching just a bit, but I powered through and did it. It feels great to have that done for the day and I can now relax and tidy up around the house. I won't do a major walk everyday since I do want to get back into Zumba but it definitely is something I want to make a part of my healthy lifestyle. emoticon emoticon
