What is your favorite fitness activity and Why? Your least favorite? Is there anyway you could learn to like it?
My favorite fitness activity is walking. I love to walk either around a track with my favorite motivational songs, or around the neighborhood early in the morning before all the mowers start.
My least favorite fitness activity is sit-ups and I don't think there is any way for me to learn to like it. I'm 43 years old and have done thousands of sit-ups over the years, it's the worst. If I haven't learned to like it by now, I don't think it's going to change.
