I weighed in today. Another pound down. That makes 16 since I started about 5 weeks ago. I think I need to stay closer to the lower end of my calories. I was doing that except this week with stress eating.

I am focusing on 1200 calories again this week. Today was a good day.

    You are still doing really well!! Learning all the time! One of the hardest things to balance is the amount of food you can eat and the amount of fitness you do. To be told you can eat more (IF you exercise more) goes against everything we've done in the past to lose weight, but it actually will work within reason. Keep learning! Keep losing!!
