How do I even attempt to calculate all the fitness I did yesterday?
I woke about 6am Saturday to get gather all of the food, chafing pans, condiments, door prizes, and other set ups. This took tons of energy and time when I did this by myself only to discover one of the chafing pans had a hole at the bottom. This explained the water all over the counter.
The event was scheduled to begin at 9am. I hate being late, so I attempted to have everything together, but of course some things went wrong. Needless to say, I catered my sorority's chapter retreat and provided nice door prizes and delicious, healthy food and drink options.
The breakfast menu consisted of sweet, fresh fruit and pastries (not as healthy of course) and juices with coffee. The lunch menu consisted of chicken fettuccine Alfredo (lighter version), rosemary and French breads, garden salad, and a delectable buttercream iced decorated cake (from a bakery). The beverage was a light non-caffeinated clear soda mixed with pink lemonade. The color represents one of my sorority's colors.
Well, I moved around tons and can't even put a number to what fitness minutes I accomplished. Any suggestions are welcomed!
Meanwhile, my Awesome A team members: I know I moved from 6am until 2pm. I slept in spurts most of today. On to work tomorrow...
