Well, day 2 is done! WooHoo! My husband and I went for a 6 mile walk today. I burned over 600 calories and had a nice nap after I ran some errands. On 9/1/13, I will be walking the Rock 'n Roll Half Marathon. I was supposed to run it, but just didn't manage my time well enough to actually train...so walk it I will! Next Sunday I'll do 9 miles and then the full distance on race day.
