Well, day 2 is done! WooHoo! My husband and I went for a 6 mile walk today. I burned over 600 calories and had a nice nap after I ran some errands. On 9/1/13, I will be walking the Rock 'n Roll Half Marathon. I was supposed to run it, but just didn't manage my time well enough to actually train...so walk it I will! Next Sunday I'll do 9 miles and then the full distance on race day.

Challenge Items:
1) Logging - Done (everything...good, bad, & ugly today)
2) Exercise - Done
3)Blogging - Done

  How awesome is that! I can hardly manage one lonely mile and here you did six!! It doesn't matter so much if you walk or run, you are participating and that is a wonderful thing!!! Best of luck to you in this endeavor emoticon .
