Last week I did pretty good. I only had one off day. I got out and exercise everyday. Today is the only day I haven't. I also stayed under the 2000 mark 90% of the time, and stayed within my calories 2 days last week.

My goas for next week are:

90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 miutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or under the 2000 mark

My goals for Monday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio/walking
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.

    Good going! I've been pretty consistent with my exercise too this week. But I slipped up a bit with the food a couple of times emoticon . Gotta work on that!

    I agree you're good, and you're pretty. And it's important to schedule in those rest and recovery days.
