I read an article this morning about the 'Navigators' who will be assisting people in the Health Exchanges. The requirements apparently are lax enough that there won't be fingerprinting and background checks done. Many people are concerned about identity theft occurring. I am not sure how I feel about the threat . Will there be enough safeguards in place or will it become an open season?

I am generally not one who cares to get excited about things that go on around me but this rings a small bell of concern. For whom will the 'Navigation' be necessary? Older folks who can get confused with many choices or folks who are just getting into the world of making a choice? Only time will tell.
