Lost another pound and I think its due to lowering my carbs, and eating more healthy fats/protein and making sure my body is getting enough water as well as fiber and other nutrients.

265.5! Yes!

weighed myself about 3am before getting ready for an early shift. Was happy to see another pound gone!
