Thank you all for reminding me to celebrate what I did get done and not what I didn't get to. Even just upping the bottle weights, was a very positive.
Today started early, I was cooking already by 7:30. already awake an hour or two. Made my Rockin' Morrocan Stew, and the boiled dressing Cole Slaw. Then Buddy and I walked 3 miles again. It was hot and slow going, even for that early in the a.m. today. Those bottle weights are heavy, and so I took one and "hid" it over by the No Motor Vehicles Allowed sign, there was nobody around so it was good. I think once I drink the actual bottled water, I will just fill them with tap water, and then use it as my weight, and pour out one bottle, cuz they are too heavy to carry the whole trip. But, who knows, maybe by the time I get around to that, I will be STRONGER, and they won't even seem heavy.
Got home at 10:20 am, so enough time to shower and dress and get to church for 11am... 6 min. to drive there... almost as good as going to the church across the street, but a whole lot better message... Shared some of my anise cookies and had tea and a visit.. Nice. Came home and cooked Lazy Man's Cabbage Rolls... but now I gotta get busy on the book club book due on Weds. I may have pushed the limit too far this time, it's 394 pg. book and I only got to page 50. very involving book, so lots of long hours over the next few days.
Yummy supper(s) are ready.. Since I had the stew for lunch, guess it's the cabbage rolls for supper.... Anybody want to come?

Snack - anise cookies

Supper - Lazy Man Cabbage Rolls
