I'm dropping you another note to let you know that I'm really happy about the progress you made this week. You had a loss this week, the first loss in weeks. Congratulations!
You didn't check-in every day with your team, and you didn't log your food every day, but you did make some progress this week. I appreciate what you were able to focus on, and I am hoping we can focus on a few other things this week.
First, in addition to our first three goals, which were to 1) spin the Spark wheel daily, 2) log your food every day, and 3) check-in with your Biggest Loser team each day, I was hoping you could focus this week on two more things . . .
First, can you be sure to find a way to relieve some of that stress you've been under? I've just noticed that you're a little under the gun to get stuff done lately. It's keeping you from doing things for yourself, and I just want to be sure you're taking care of you!
Second, can you focus on water intake this week. You might be drinking it, but can you be sure to count it?
Again . . . proud of the work you've done. Looking forward to you having a great week for us this week.
