After a bit of a crisis realizing my marriage is in trouble, it has now been 1 month I have been tracking daily (except during our 10 day vacation). I have excercised most days. I have lost 14 pounds. I do feel better, clothes are fitting better (some I couldn't get into are fitting now) and several are becoming a bit baggy. I have more endurance now -- still can't run 2.7 km straight, but can run 2/3 and walk 1/3 -- alternating of course. Some folks are starting to notice.
So all in all I should be happy. And as far as weight loss and fitness levels go, I have certainly been successful.
I am actually 0.6 lbs away from my first goal. Then I'll set a new goal, probably the next 10 lbs.
