Well with the first week behind me and the first 5 pounds down I feel like things have been really successful. So my goals for next week are to exercise more and get some sort of a routine going. I am hoping to continue to see good results! I know that during this week I feel a lot better and I am actually excited about what I am doing! A big thanks to Spark people and all those who have given me encouragement this week!
