It's a new week. This week I am going to be concentrating on daily meditation, stretching and relaxing. Especially relaxing my jaw muscles. I've been stressing and clenching my teeth. I am not going to chew any gum this week either. I'm taking a break from food tracking this week. My legs have been feeling better. I've been spending more time stretching my legs. The foam roller is really helping my quadriceps and hamstrings which have been very tight and sore.
