Wow. I was looking at my little tracker and realized my fairy is half way to the first milestone of a quarter of the way to my goal. So, I thought, oh, am I 1/8th of the way there? So, I grabbed the calculator.
I'VE LOST 10% OF THE WEIGHT TO REACH MY GOAL.
OK, I'm reenergized. Let's tackle that treadmill and get jogging. I wonder if I can last longer than 90 seconds in one go this time? Maybe I can go a whole song? Saw a great Sparkpeople motivator picture. It said, "Whether it's a 15 minute mile or a 7 minute mile, it's still a mile."
I wish we could have 2 trackers so I could have the big picture tracker, and a second one to map out smaller milestones, like, 10 pound increments.
