Some Things I Need to Do

Reading others' blogs lately has given me some great ideas. I need to read more blogs to get these ideas and to remind myself that I am not alone in this fight. I need to work on my following through with these ideas.
I must remind myself that I am strong, active, beautiful and competent. I will strive to improve myself and I will succeed at it. I am worthy of this success. I will smile more. I want to be happier and by smiling more, I will remember to be happy. And smiles are contagious.
I will give myself a challenge each day. Just one to start with - I will add more if I feel that I need to or feel that I can handle more. I will post this challenge prominently to make myself more likely to do it.
Today I am going to challenge myself to limit my computer time. Some days, I get involved with it and realize afterwards that I've spent way too much time on it. Sitting does not get things done and it doesn't use a lot of calories.
Now that I think about this, I am going to have this be a challenge all week. My timer is coming out again and will be set. I will see how many things I can time this week. It will give me a better idea of where my time goes. I want to make the most of each day.
