I was so tired last night. I went to bed early. But it didn't help. Hubby has this habit of following me to bed no matter what time it is. It was 7pm last night, and he was there within 20minutes. Neither one of us was able to fall asleep for a while. But I was too tired to get up again.
Anyhow, I eventually fell asleep. And had a good sleep through the night. Not as long as I'd hoped - my eyes popped open just after 5am.
Trying to shake the cobwebs off.
I am leaving for work today at 11am. I will be working until 6:30 tonight. So I need to make sure:
I get my fitness in and am home in time to shower
I pick up my lunch/salad for today. It's too long to go without eating
So the plan right now is to hydrate, and get out by 8am to get my run in this morning
I worked hard yesterday. Yesterday is past. If I want to reach my goals, I need to work hard again today.
Yesterday may keep me from getting in a full training run today, but it won't keep me from getting out there and trying. If nothing else, I'll get in an easy run and have to push myself harder tomorrow.
So it's time for me to finish up here, hydrate, and get out side and go go go
