I have tried this adventure numerous times and could not figure out why I wasn't succeeding in my adventure! So, I finally realized that since I am a list maker, I needed to make a list of my "Mommy Rules" and put them up on the dry erase board in our kitchen so that I could have my hubby and kids help keep me accountable! (After a brief relapse, I am coming back with vengeance! and I WILL succeed this time!!!)
So, my "mommy rules" are pretty simple.....they are:
1.) NO eating after 7pm!
2.) Water only to drink!
3.) Exercise everyday!
4.) Make better food choices!
Plain and simple and to the point.....and I am one that has to see something and be able to refresh myself whenever I need to refresher.
