Day 1 of 30 - The challenge has started!

I had a food hangover from yesterday. It was my husband's birthday and we ate all the crap things that he loves. I won't even go into what it was, but we were all feeling yucky today. It made Krav Maga that much more interesting this morning, I felt like I was running in water.
In the spirit of doing this 30 day challenge, I reset all my stats with SparkPeople. So my official weigh-in and measurements for today were:
Right Arm: 13.5
Left Arm: 13.5
Right Thigh: 26.5
Left Thigh: 26.5
I also signed up for SparkCoach again. It will help with finding things to blog about during the next 30 days.
Today's question/visualization was: What are 3 things on your bucket list?
I had to really think about this. 1)Run a marathon 2)Visit a foreign country with my husband. 3)?? Not sure about this one yet. I need to reflect some more.

3)Blogging - Done
