Well, today was another scorcher heat wise. I weighed myself today, 154.5lbs. 11 up from the start of summer- wow. Started a flat belly, clean eating diet today. Well, a lifestyle change, but I'm going to try strictly adhering to it for the majority of the time. Sometimes I drink. A lot. I'm going to try to cut back though.

Did my ab & squat challenge workouts this morning. Phew! The squats are crazy.

25 sit ups
10 crunches
10 leg raises
15 second plank
60 squats!!

Also went for a walk in the heat today. I stay hydrated but phew, it really tired me out. It's Saturday night and I'm staying in!
