I made radish chips

I like the crunch of sliced radishes in a salad. I'm not inclined to eat a whole radish, so you have some perspective on my taste buds. Nonetheless, the radishes were so beautiful at the produce market, I bought some. I also had a warm nut and radish salad pinned from Pinterest that I desire to try. Anyway, the salad I will give a try on my day off but today I wanted a crunchy snack. I was roasting red beet slices and decided to roast some radish chips while I was at it.

Yummy Stuff. I sliced them pretty thin, tossed them with olive oil, spread them on a baking sheet, and sprinkled them with fresh cracked salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min. Peppery crunchy goodness. There is major shrinkage when the dehydrate. 11 radishes yielded less than 3/4 cup of chips.
