such a failure

oh my spark friends idk where to begin.i have gained sooo much weigh and idk where to start,i knw im not happy with the way i look my kids arent happy either i know my health has gone down i walk like a snail and i think i eat like a pig or mayb worst.i need help and idk where to start

    Hello I just run across you blog. I am Cathe nice to met you. First things first. You made the right choice by coming back so emoticon back and emoticon
Next forgive yourself and forget about it. Yesterday is gone, today and tomorrow are all a new day to start. emoticon Now pick a few small goals to start with and commit yourself to them. Thats a good start. Increase a new small goal each week. Its all about one step at a time. For myself tracking my food is the most important thing for me. Remember someone is always here on sparks 24/7 so there is always help available. Good luck on your journey. emoticon emoticon and remember that you are an emoticon person!

    Make small steps. Get active, Drink water and cut out one bad food type and go from there!

    You know what? I felt like that just a few days ago. Then I decided to continue with my workouts and go back to counting calories and I am already feeling better now. Don't let yourself get overwhelmed just because you are large now. You will get smaller and things will get better. You will get stronger too and you will develop smarter eating strategies. You can do it. We are all here with you.

    First, congratulate yourself for being willing to say that things need to change.

I don't know about you, but when I have a large project of any kind, it's easy for me to feel overwhelmed. If that sounds a bit like you, pick a small goal or two, something you are willing to commit to doing regularly - maybe it's tracking your nutrition, adding 1 -2 servings of fruits or vegetables per day, adding a small bit of activity periodically, checking out the SparkPeople resources and seeing what all is available to help. No matter how small the changes may seem, done consistently over time, they will add up.
